Looking Ahead to Spring 2026: Join Us at Our Upcoming Postgrad LIVE Study Fairs

As we move into 2026, our Postgrad LIVE study fairs are back - bringing face-to-face engagement opportunities between universities and high-quality postgraduate students in cities across the UK. Our in-person study fairs are a brilliant chance to connect directly with students actively exploring their next academic steps, share your masters courses and PhD opportunities and strengthen your student recruitment pipeline.

Here’s where you can meet us this Spring and why you won’t want to miss out.

#1 Manchester - Thursday 5 February 2026

We’re kicking off our Spring 2026 study fair season in Manchester at King’s House, a modern conference venue located just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station. Situated close to the city’s main transport links, King’s House offers a convenient and professional setting for engaging with prospective postgraduates from across Greater Manchester and the wider North West. While not based on campus, the venue is close to the University of Manchester, making it particularly well positioned for connecting with current students and recent graduates.

The venue sits on the edge of Manchester’s city centre, close to Canal Street and the vibrant Northern Quarter. If you have time before heading home, you’ll find a wide range of cafés, independent bars and restaurants nearby - ideal for grabbing a coffee after the fair or unwinding before your journey.

#2 Birmingham - Wednesday 11 February 2026

Next, we head to the University of Birmingham, hosting Postgrad LIVE on its expansive Edgbaston campus. Known for its impressive redbrick architecture and green open spaces, the campus provides a striking backdrop for face-to-face postgraduate recruitment.

Located just a short train journey from Birmingham city centre, the university is well connected and easily accessible for students from across the Midlands. If you arrive early or have time afterwards, the campus itself offers plenty of options to refuel, with a range of cafés and food trucks available - ideal for grabbing a coffee or a bite to eat before or after the fair. Birmingham city centre also offers plenty to explore - from the shops and restaurants of Brindley place to cultural landmarks such as the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery.

#3 Glasgow - Wednesday 18 February 2026

Our Glasgow Postgrad LIVE fair will be held at the University of Strathclyde, right in the heart of the city centre. Surrounded by a mix of historic architecture and modern developments, it's central location helps attract a high footfall of students, making it an ideal setting for face-to-face postgraduate student recruitment.

Just a short walk from the venue, you’ll find George Square - a central meeting point framed by impressive civic buildings - as well as a wide selection of cafés and restaurants. Glasgow’s compact city centre makes it easy to navigate, whether you’re travelling in on the day or staying overnight.

#4 Liverpool - Wednesday 25 February 2026

We’ll then head to the University of Liverpool for our next Postgrad LIVE study fair. Located close to the city centre, the university sits within one of the UK’s most recognisable academic quarters, blending historic buildings with modern teaching spaces.

A short walk from the venue takes you to iconic Liverpool landmarks such as St George’s Hall and the Walker Art Gallery. Liverpool Lime Street Station is also nearby, making the venue particularly convenient for both local students and exhibitors travelling from further afield.

#5 London - Wednesday 4 March 2026

Our Spring 2026 programme concludes at Senate House, University of London, an iconic Art Deco building in the heart of Bloomsbury. As the University of London’s flagship venue, Senate House offers impressive, purpose-built event spaces, including spacious foyers and lecture theatres ideal for engaging with prospective postgraduates.

Located in one of London’s most historic academic districts, the venue is just a short walk from Russell Square and the British Museum - perfect if you have time before your train. With excellent transport links and a constant flow of students from across the capital, Senate House provides a fitting finale to our Spring Postgrad LIVE season.

Why Exhibit at Postgrad LIVE?

Our physical study fairs continue to be a cornerstone of successful postgraduate recruitment - offering benefits that digital channels alone can’t match:

  • Face-to-face engagement: Directly connect with prospective postgraduate students early in their decision-making journey.

  • High-intent audience: Attendees are actively researching postgraduate study and seeking guidance - making them valuable connections for your recruitment goals.

  • Brand visibility: Stand out with impactful exhibitor displays and conversations that leave a lasting impression well beyond the event day.

Whether you’re aiming to boost enquiries, increase applications, or build awareness in key regions, Postgrad LIVE offers a unique platform to achieve your objectives.
