Postgraduate Taught UK Update as of August 2025

Our unique Pulse trackers and Share of Search data provide insights on thousands of prospective students interested in UK Masters study opportunities. As of August 2025, we’re seeing that:

• July 2024 saw International (non-EU) search interest in UK Masters study reach its lowest point of the previous two years. Since then there has been consistent, steady growth that sees July 2025 record their highest level of interest in that same time span. What a difference a year makes.
  
  
• Confirming this, all but one of the top 15 audiences see YoY growth in search interest. We’ve changed the way we measure this: blending our unique Share of Search data with HESA enrolment numbers to uncover current trends for the largest UK audiences.
  
  
• Entry during the 2025/26 academic year remains the priority, albeit with a slight shift  towards Autumn 2025 from domestic audiences as we approach those starting points.
