Our unique Pulse trackers and Share of Search data provide insights on thousands of prospective international students interested in Global PhD opportunities. As of November 2024, we’re seeing that:

• Australia is a popular study destination for all audiences and is, in fact, the most popular for Asian and African audiences.
  
  
• North Americans see a rise in interest for Blended delivery and they are now the most likely audience to seek flexible study.
  
  
• Spring 2025 continues to be the most popular entry point across a range of destinations. More than half of those considering Dutch and Italian study are targeting Spring 2025. The US has the longest pipeline with almost half of their audience considering 2025/26.
  
  
• Biological Sciences and Engineering specialisms remain popular for all destinations, there is significant growth for Artificial Intelligence in Ireland and the US.
