Alongside leads generated through course listings, the integration now includes enquiries from Institution and Department Profiles. How does the integration work?

FindAMasters offers CRM integration through Zapier, an automation platform that connects different applications and transfers information between them without requiring manual data entry for each lead.

Once configured, the integration automatically sends eligible FindAMasters leads to a university’s chosen CRM, where teams can store enquiries and manage their own follow-up processes.

The latest update extends this functionality to include enquiries from Institution and Department Profiles, alongside those generated through course listings.
